Job Title: Adventure Travel Business Assistant (Website, Social Media & Operations Support)

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time (Flexible, Project-Based)
Compensation: $400 the first month, $500 per month after

About Us

We are a bespoke international adventure travel agency specializing in small-group experiences that include running, hiking, scuba diving, hot air ballooning, and curated expeditions. We take our clients to some of the most breathtaking locations around the world and provide high-quality, personalized adventure travel experiences.

We are looking for a highly organized AI-savy assistant to help build and streamline our online presence, customer engagement, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Booking System
• Assist in creating a user-friendly, visually appealing website that reflects our adventure brand using AI
• Implement a seamless booking and payment system
• Integrate and develop customer accounts, trip itineraries, and automated emails.
• Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing updates.

2. Social Media Management
• Develop and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create posts, reels, and stories showcasing our trips, destinations, and client experiences.
• Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers.
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategy based on analytics.

3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Business Organization
• Create step-by-step guides and documentation for key business processes.
• Organize client communication workflows, trip logistics, and administrative tasks.
• Set up CRM systems and project management tools using Notion for business efficiency.

4. Customer Inquiry Management
• Respond to potential client inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
• Provide trip details, pricing, and answer general questions about available trips.
• Track leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Assist with onboarding new clients, including sending welcome packages and itineraries.

Ideal Candidate
• Experience in website development Wix, or similar and booking/payment system integration. Experience with Notions,
Canva, and other AI design and development tools.
• Strong social media marketing skills with a passion for adventure travel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service experience with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Passion for travel, adventure, and outdoor experiences is a plus!
