We are an 11 year old digital marketing agency looking for an efficient Advanced Full Stack Laravel Developer with AI Experience who loves collaborating with a high-performing team of A players. This is to work remotely on creating and updating websites, funnels, sales pages, e-commerce storefronts, and membership portals (including adding functionality such as gamification, dynamic content, parallax CSS effects, and more) using Laravel, and additionally help with configuring and integrating systems such as AI APIs, autoresponder services, webinar platforms, analytics systems, and other related systems.

This opportunity is part-time for a 1-month contract with the potential to move to a permanent, full-time position with benefits.

*Note: Working hours are either 8:00pm - 12:00am PHST or 9:00pm - 1:00am PHST

Work responsibilities include:

- Develop advanced website features using plugins, scripts, API coding, and custom coding (JavaScript, PHP)
- Configure and integrate autoresponder services, webinar platforms, analytics systems, and more
- Create automated processes with advanced usage of Zapier and API coding
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various systems (JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, CSS, HTML, JSON, REST API, AJAX, XML, Liquid, MySQL)
- Convert non-responsive pages and themes into fully-responsive sites and QC responsive coding from other developers
- Perform basic and intermediate development, including new website creation, modification of existing sites, and creating pages from PSDs using page builders and custom coding in Laravel and ideally additional systems such as WordPress, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Kartra, Groove.cm and more

Be detail-oriented, and consistently deliver high-quality work without needing revisions
Work independently to overcome challenges, including searching for and studying documentation, troubleshooting, and testing possible solutions
Perform QC on your own work before submitting it as complete
Maintain an efficient pace of work and meet given deadlines

Tools & Communication:

We use Dropbox, Teamwork, and Slack
Must be accessible via Slack when working
Excellent English communication skills are essential

Skills and Expertise:

5+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, REST API, and Laravel
Moderate knowledge of AJAX, JSON, XML

Front-end Development Deliverables:

- Laravel website development
- PSD to Laravel
- Funnels (Landing Pages, Sales Pages) and order processing with Stripe and PayPal integration
- Fluid responsiveness (with Bootstrap, and without)
- Chatbots connected with AI APIs and potentially vector databases for RAG
- Advanced functionality implementation, such as gamification, progress tracking, stored/displayed form submissions, etc.

Back-end Development Deliverables (Within Laravel Environment):

- Membership backend development including multiple membership levels, team accounts, CRUD capabilities and admin panel
- Subscription management including upgrade/downgrade and cancel
- Database development and maintenance for users and additional objects
- Email and SMS functionality integrated for notifications to users and admins
- Tool development infused with automation and AI and adjusting prompting as needed to improve AI results
- Iterations/improvements of functionality in a staging environment and smooth rollout to live once tested
- Error handling and background retries where needed
- Extensive testing to ensure ideal user experience on all devices
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues when they do arise
