Schedule: Mon- Friday 9AM- 5pm CST (US Time)
We are seeking an experienced and well-trained Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to handle both the front and back end of our credit repair operations. The ideal candidate will be highly capable of managing documentation, maintaining organized records, and ensuring all client progress is meticulously tracked.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors.
-Know how to file complaints for FTC, CFPB, etc.
-Manage client files, update credit reports, and track the progress of disputes.
-Analyze credit reports from sources like IdentityIQ, Smartcredit, Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion to identify inaccuracies and strategize improvements.
-Proficiently remove negative items, including Late Payments, Collections, Charge-offs, Bankruptcies (Chapters 13, 7 & 11), Repossessions, Tax Liens, Foreclosures, Negative Student Loans, Child Support, and Hard Inquiries unrelated to any active or positive accounts.
-Contact credit bureaus, apply factual disputing, use Metro 2 compliance, and conduct aggressive disputing when necessary.
Skills:
-Highly proficient with tools and software such as GHL, Credit Repair Cloud, Excel, Google Docs & Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Acuity.
-Skilled in analyzing credit reports and offering actionable solutions.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear and fluent English.
-Strong administrative abilities, including
-Capable of working independently and remotely, maintaining high confidentiality.
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines efficiently.

- Minimum of two years in credit repair and not BPO
- Strong English and can handle inbound and outbound calls
