**What You’ll Be Doing:**
Working directly with clients to understand their credit issues and providing personalized solutions.
Reviewing credit reports from major credit bureaus and identifying errors or issues to dispute.
Communicating with creditors, collection agencies, and credit bureaus on behalf of our clients.
Offering guidance and advice on improving credit scores and financial health.
Tracking client progress and updating them throughout the process to ensure they feel supported and informed.


**Who We’re Looking For:**
Someone with a passion for helping others achieve financial success.
Familiarity with credit reports, credit laws (e.g., FCRA, CROA), and dispute processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills—being friendly, empathetic, and understanding is a must!
A problem-solver who thrives in a detail-oriented environment.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple client cases at once.
