We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. Join a full-service digital agency based in the UK and be part of a team that drives success through data, strategy, and creativity!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Management
* Oversee and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads
* Develop and refine campaign strategies tailored to B2B audiences, optimizing for business growth and client goals.
* Manage Google Ad Grants campaigns effectively, ensuring compliance with all grant requirements and maximizing impact.
* Handle campaign budgets, scaling effectively to optimize ROI for budgets exceeding £15k/month or higher.
Performance Optimization
* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.) across platforms.
* Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
* Continuously monitor campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Audience Research & Targeting
* Conduct in-depth research to define and refine target audiences within the B2B space.
* Use advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies to improve targeting and performance.
Collaboration & Creative Development
* Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and visuals that align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
* Provide actionable feedback on creative assets to ensure they meet performance goals.
* Work with the strategy team to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
Budget Management
* Plan and allocate ad spend effectively across campaigns to maximize results while maintaining efficiency and performance.
* Implement strategies to scale campaigns with larger budgets while ensuring continued success.
Industry Knowledge & Best Practices
* Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and updates across advertising platforms.
* Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies and Google Ad Grants guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with proven success in Google Ad Grants management.
* Experience in handling larger advertising budgets, ideally exceeding £15k/month.
* Demonstrated ability to create and optimize B2B campaigns.
Skills
* Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
* Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of presenting insights clearly and working cross-functionally.
* High attention to detail and experience managing campaigns from setup to reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with high-budget eCommerce campaigns in addition to B2B.
* Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
* Expertise in lead generation and funnel optimization strategies.
