Position: Ads Manager
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-time
Experience: 2+ years in Paid Ads Management (US market preferred)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Manager with a proven track record in lead generation to run high-converting ad campaigns on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is highly efficient, analytical, and proactive, with strong English skills and experience working with US clients.
If you excel at maximizing ROI, lowering ad costs, and scaling campaigns for high-quality leads, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns focused on lead generation & conversions
• Analyze CPR, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and other key ad performance metrics to improve efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize results
• Implement highly targeted audience segmentation & retargeting strategies
• Optimize ad spend to achieve the lowest cost per lead while maintaining quality
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices
• Provide detailed reports showcasing campaign success, cost efficiency, and lead quality

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience running YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads
• Proven success in lead generation – show us past campaign results!
• Expertise in CPR, CTR, CPM, ROAS, audience segmentation, and ad budget optimization
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Experience handling US clients and their lead gen expectations
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality leads without micromanagement
• Bonus: Experience in landing page optimization, copywriting, and funnel strategy
