We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Manager with a proven track record in lead generation to run high-converting ad campaigns on YouTube,
If you excel at maximizing ROI, lowering ad costs, and scaling campaigns for high-quality leads, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns focused on lead generation & conversions
• Analyze CPR, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and other key ad performance metrics to improve efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize results
• Implement highly targeted audience segmentation & retargeting strategies
• Optimize ad spend to achieve the lowest cost per lead while maintaining quality
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices
• Provide detailed reports showcasing campaign success, cost efficiency, and lead quality
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience running YouTube,
• Proven success in lead generation – show us past campaign results!
• Expertise in CPR, CTR, CPM, ROAS, audience segmentation, and ad budget optimization
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Experience handling US clients and their lead gen expectations
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality leads without micromanagement
• Bonus: Experience in landing page optimization, copywriting, and funnel strategy
