Are you passionate about crafting visually stunning, scroll-stopping, and conversion-optimized ad creatives? Join our growing digital marketing agency and help us create engaging content for leading B2B Healthtech and SaaS companies. We're on the hunt for a Creative Ads Strategist to produce eye-catching static, motion graphics, and short-form video ads tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on your performance and contributions.

What We’re Looking For:
Creative Development: Design conversion-focused ad creatives (static, motion graphics, videos, and banners).
Platform Expertise: Tailor ad designs for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Search/Display.
Video & Motion Graphics: Produce captivating short-form video ads and motion graphics.
Optimization: Analyze performance metrics, propose creative variations, and refine designs to improve results.
Tech Proficiency: Use tools like Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut, and Frame.io for pixel-perfect output.
Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into visually engaging, brand-aligned content.

Key Skills:
Strong graphic design and video editing expertise.
Meticulous attention to detail for polished, professional designs.
Ability to handle feedback constructively and collaborate with teams.
Deadline-driven and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
