Ads Creator for Meta Ads

We are looking for a highly skilled graphic designer to create 8 high-quality Meta Ads per week to promote a successful and popular e-commerce store.

What We Need:
• 8 unique ad creatives per week (not template-based)
• Professional Photoshop skills – ads must be built from scratch, not using generic templates
• Deep understanding of engaging ad design – you should know what captures attention and drives conversions
• Experience with e-commerce advertising (preferred)
• Strong copywriting & clickbait headline skills – ads should have high-converting copy that grabs attention instantly
• Creative storytelling & scripting – every ad must have a well-thought-out structure, not just images and text pasted together
• Portfolio required – applications without samples will not be considered

Payment & Bonuses:
• $100 per week for 8 high-quality ad creatives
• Bonus of $70 if an ad achieves 4X ROI after $500 spend on Ads
• Payments made weekly via EasyPay to Payoneer
• Potential salary increase – If we see strong performance within a month, we are open to discussing higher pay and more work opportunities
