Ads Creative Strategist

We are looking for a perfect english speaker to become our ecommerce creative strategist.

The job consists of working closely with our designer to give him directive on the ads that need to be made.

Step 1: Scope the competition and see what ads are working.
Step 2: Analyze and break down why that creative is working.
Step 3: Give creative directions to reiterate the winning ad.

You must be familiar and comfortable with:
- Working in a team
- Fast pace environment
- Follow trends for products: Aura points, winter arc, etc
- Being able to hunt winning designs and creatives on the facebook ads library
- Source video footage online
- Our current editor is making 40+ videos a day. Get ready to write good video scripts!
