Admissions Advisor (Entry-Level Sales, Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week)

We are hiring Admissions Advisors to contact prospective students, guide them through the enrollment process, and set appointments with senior advisors. Our college is online and has over 1200 students based in the United States. This is a full-time remote role (40 hours/week) requiring availability across PST, MST, CST, and EST time zones.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students who inquired about our programs.
- Schedule & confirm appointments for senior admissions advisors.
- Handle objections professionally and encourage students to take the next step.
- Meet daily/weekly call, appointment-setting, and enrollment goals.

Qualifications:
- Sales experience required (call center, telemarketing, or outbound sales).
- Strong phone communication & persuasion skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with a neutral or U.S. accent required, as this is a phone-based role speaking with U.S. students.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- CRM and Google Suite experience.
- Higher education admissions experience is preferred but not required.

Available Work Schedule Shifts:
- Monday–Friday & Weekends, 9 AM – 8 PM (PST, MST, CST, EST)
- Remote position (must have a stable high-speed internet connection).
- Paid training & coaching provided
