JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Filipino Virtual Assistant to join our team, supporting a dynamic property development and construction business in Ottawa, Canada. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing a variety of tasks, from administrative support to creative content production.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistance:

Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling for the team of two people.
Perform data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Bookkeeping:

Perform bank statement reconciliations using QuickBooks Desktop.
Prepare and submit HST reports accurately and on time.

Property Management:

Communication with tenants, managing mailbox. No experience necessary, but desire to learn.

Social Media Marketing:

Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.

Content Creation:

Create engaging posts, graphics, and short-form content for social media.
Edit videos for marketing campaigns and online courses.
Draft content for newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.

Required Skills and Proficiency:
Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experienced QuickBooks Desktop user, Canadian Taxes
Knowledgeable in SEO and data analytics.

Social Media Tools:

Expertise in managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Ability to use social media scheduling tools and monitor performance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
