Role Overview
The Administrative and Sales Assistant will support the owner/publisher of Real Producers Magazine, powered by the KB Team, and assist the sales team in tracking performance and scheduling sales appointments. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. The candidate should be highly motivated, able to multitask, and possess excellent written and verbal English skills.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant Duties:
Administrative Support:
Consult with the company owner and management staff to support operational goals.
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, spreadsheets, and contracts.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain the CRM database.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of company data.
Meeting Coordination:
Attend meetings with the owner, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Manage owner
Communication:
Handle correspondence and provide clear communication to tea
Other Administrative Tasks:
Research, problem-solve, and support various business operations as needed.
Sales Assistant Duties:
Sales Performance Tracking:
Monitor and track sales numbers and prepare performance reports.
Ensure the sales team’s progress aligns with company goals and KPIs.
Sales Appointment Scheduling:
Make semi-warm calls to leads, following up on inquiries, and scheduling sales appointments for the sales team.
Communicate with leads professionally and confidently to build rapport.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Support the sales team by maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring timely communication of updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Language: Strong verbal and written English skills are a must.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar and Drive).
Experience with CRM databases and project management tools.
Interpersonal Skills:
Extraordinary people skills and phone etiquette.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism during calls.
Organizational Skills:
Goal-setting, planning, and accountability skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Schedule and Compensation
Work Hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Compensation: Based on experience - US $7.00-$9.00 per hour
