Job Description
We are seeking highly experienced Administrative Support & Call Specialists with a minimum of 10 years in the field to handle a variety of tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who are proactive, organized, and passionate about contributing to a successful team.
Key Responsibilities
Call Support:
• Manage and respond to incoming calls from clients and customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
• Document call details and follow up on unresolved issues.
Administrative Support:
• Handle scheduling and calendar management.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
• Coordinate meetings and manage correspondence.
• Perform general office duties as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Prepare reports and track performance metrics related to support activities.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in administrative or call support roles.
• Excellent English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is essential.
• Preferably British Accent: Ability to communicate clearly with a British accent is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.
• Reliable Internet Connection: Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
