We are a customer-focused organization dedicated to delivering exceptional services in customer experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Staff/Customer Service Representative with expertise in Zoho CRM to enhance our operations and provide top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Zoho CRM to ensure accurate customer data and efficient workflows.

Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, or chat.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.

Generate and analyze reports using Zoho CRM to support business decisions.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and improve service delivery.

Train and assist team members on the effective use of Zoho CRM.

Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service.

Proficiency in using Zoho CRM for data management and reporting.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work during US Working hours.
