About Us:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Receptionist to manage our front desk and support our team in streamlining operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations: Greet clients, answer calls via RingCentral, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Task Management: Use Todoist to organize and manage office and administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Communication: Collaborate with the team using the Office 365 ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Teams, for smooth and efficient communication.
Job Management Support: Assist with job scheduling, timesheets, and invoicing using Arrowflow.
Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, organize documents, and support management with daily operations.
Requirements:
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), Todoist, RingCentral, and Arrowflow.
Strong Communication Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.
Team Player: Willingness to support tea
Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
