We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Project Manager to support operations and special projects. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, implement solutions, and keep projects on track.
This is a part-time remote role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing special projects from planning to execution.
Conduct research, gather information, and organize project-related materials.
