We are seeking an organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management using Xero software. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to booking reviews, timesheet management,
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular reviews and management of bookings.
• Accurately maintain manual and app-based timesheets.
• Manage
• Maintain financial records and manage payroll in Xero with precision.
• Ensure timely superannuation enrollment for new hires.
• Oversee appsheets to ensure they are up-to-date.
• Coordinate follow-up visits to Bories Warehouses as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Xero accounting software is essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using various office software, including
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the logistics sector is preferred but not mandatory.
