Rate: $4.50/hr, and earn up to 22,000 PHP +/month

Schedule:
Part Time: 8am to 12pm PST


Qualifications:

- Should have solid Freight Broker Experience (a must)
- Familiar with Freight Broker tools and daily tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as Point of Contact for shippers and manufacturers
- Prepare quotations for manufacturers based on their products, shipping locations, etc
- Assist freight brokers in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
- Process invoices, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, contracts, and client information.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate parties.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, carriers, and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipment status.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to freight brokers or management as needed.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Input and update data in transportation management systems (TMS) and other databases.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
