Client Overview:
*Jessica is an author and consultant. She is looking for a unicorn who can help her with administrative tasks so she can work on her zone of genius!

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 2-hour block from 7am-1pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must be able to work 10 hours weekly
*Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
*Must have experience with social media management and engagement
*Must be super organized with high attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Software tools used by the client:
*Google Suite
*LinkedIn

Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Help Jessica promote her book
*Reach out to universities (specifically heads of design departments such as fashion, industrial, and interior design)
*Research and contact conference organizers to propose Jessica’s book as an e-book or conference giveaway.
*Initiate and follow up on outreach emails to conference and university contacts
*Track responses, manage conversations and follow-ups
*Manage engagement on social media (through outreach and commenting)
*Monitor social media inboxes and messages
*Help support marketing efforts
*Assist in creating or curating promotional content for Jessica's book
*Other administrative tasks
