Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative. This role involves managing customer inquiries, maintaining and creating aesthetically pleasing team documentation, and contributing to the smooth daily operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages.
• Organize and maintain team files and documentation.
• Format and create new documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.
• Run and submit weekly reports.
• Upload and schedule posts on social media platforms.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in creating well-organized and aesthetically pleasing documentation and good file organization.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Reliability and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Customer service experience and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work during USA daytime hours.
