Administrative Assistant – WordPress and Data Entry/Research

Solo person looking for some help on WordPress websites, blogs, and creative projects to help small businesses and creators get online. Focusing on building clean, professional websites and creating content that feels fresh and relatable. I am looking for someone to help me design beautiful WordPress pages, handle some graphic design tasks, research and help plan social media content.

What You'll Be Doing:

General Support
Research and data entry.
Stay organized by keeping calendars and task lists up to date.
Jump in on small projects or ideas as needed.
Keep things running smoothly day to day.

Graphic Design
Create visuals for websites, social media, and other projects.
Work on banners, simple logos, and layouts for blog posts.
Keep everything looking consistent with the overall style we’re going for.

WordPress Work
Design and update pages on WordPress using page builders.
Make sure the pages look great on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Troubleshoot basic WordPress issues like broken links or formatting problems.

Social Media Help
Plan posts and schedule them on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
Share ideas for improving engagement or trying out new content styles.
Keep track of what’s working and what isn’t.



What We’re Looking For:
Organized and Proactive attitude.
Experience working with WordPress (you know your way around page builders and themes).
A good eye for design, whether it’s creating a graphic or laying out a page.
Comfortable using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Reliable, organized, and good at managing your time.
Bonus if you know some basic HTML/CSS or have worked with SEO.
