We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate administration and possess strong communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:

3. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and property showings for the team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
4. Team Updates: Provide regular updates to the team regarding upcoming appointments, deadlines, and other important information.
5. Client Communication: Assist in communicating with clients, including scheduling appointments, providing property information, and following up on inquiries.
6. Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
7. Database Management: Maintain and update databases with relevant information, including property listings, client contacts, and transaction details.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
