We are a rapidly growing women's eCommerce jewelry brand whose mission is to create high-quality, affordable jewelry that enhances our customers' everyday lives. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed full-time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help drive our brand forward in 2025 and the years to come!
Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our business operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and have a strong understanding of e-commerce, particularly Shopify. They will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and customer service inquiries, as well as supporting various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges through Shopify, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update product listings, inventory, and pricing on the Shopify platform.
• Assist with order fulfillment coordination, and liaising with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.

• Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role within an e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency with Shopify, including order management, product listings, and customer interactions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Experience with customer service platforms (e.g., Richpanel) is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media management tools is advantageous.
• Ability to take the initiative and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
