Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our government contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of government contract proposals, managing communications, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. This position requires someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Preparation: Assist in the creation and submission of government contract proposals, ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Research: Conduct research on government contracts, including RFPs (Requests for Proposals), regulations, and industry best practices.

- Paperwork Submission: Ensure that all required forms, certifications, and documentation are submitted according to the deadlines set by the government entities.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, conference calls, and other related activities for the team.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize documents and files related to proposals and contracts. Ensure easy access to relevant documents when needed.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and other tasks as needed.
