We are looking for a highly organised and versatile Admin Assistant to support our Account Manager at in our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations by providing administrative support, conducting research, and assisting with social media scheduling. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Account Manager, ensuring the seamless execution of client projects and tasks.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and client-specific needs to assist in strategy development.
Manage and update content calendars, scheduling social media posts across platforms to meet client goals and deadlines.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates for internal and client use.
Maintain organised records, databases, and documentation for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to support the team’s efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in administrative roles.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
