Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to handle client communications, support administrative and recruitment efforts, and assist with marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours are 10 pm - 7 am PST

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Business Communications
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and communications across email, text, and platforms like Yelp, Google, Facebook, and Nextdoor.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain strong client relationships.

Phone Call Management
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients, realtors, and potential leads regarding inquiries, updates, and service details.
Maintain a courteous and professional phone presence.

Administrative Support
Organize and maintain company documents, schedules, and records to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate meetings and appointments as needed.

Recruitment Assistance
Draft job descriptions for open positions that align with company needs.
Screen applications, assess candidate qualifications, and categorize applicants.
Provide hiring recommendations and coordinate interview scheduling.

Marketing Support
Write and edit content for marketing campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with email platforms, social media tools, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Basic knowledge of marketing and copywriting principles is a plus.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or marketing is preferred.
Spanish Proficiency (Preferred but not required; highly valued as a major plus)
