Job Description for Administration, Social Media, and Marketing Manager
Objective: To enhance brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple platforms, manage social media and email marketing campaigns, and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks. Must have experience with Go High Level.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily social media operations across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

Manage the onboarding and needs of new members and coaching clients.

Managing engagment of growing facebook group posting and questions.

Update and create new content using Canva, adhering to existing brand guidelines and developing new creative directions.

Administer email nurturing campaigns to convert leads into sales using GO HIGH LEVEL, primarily within the email environment and through story-driven content on social platforms.

Coordinate and schedule weekly Zoom calls, manage calendar invites and ensure smooth execution of virtual meetings.
Offer exemplary customer service, handling inquiries and feedback across all platforms.

Engage in daily reporting and communication via Telegram to keep the team updated on progress and metrics.
Qualifications:

Strong background in social media management and content creation, with proficiency in Canva and email marketing tools.

Excellent organizational skills to handle administrative duties and meeting coordination.

Proven track record of increasing brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.
