About the Role
As a Remote Admin at Complete Water Damage, you will be responsible for handling key administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day duties will include updating reports, preparing invoices, and drafting quotes for clients. You will also manage communication between teams and clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Working Hours
Our office in Adelaide is open 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday (ACDT October to April and ACDT November to March). This full-time role requires a minimum of six hours of overlap with the core team during business hours, with flexibility to start and finish earlier or later as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, ensuring they align with company standards.
• Generate invoices and track outstanding payments.
• Draft and manage client quotes with professionalism and precision.
• Respond to emails and calls, directing inquiries as needed.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.

Desirable:
• Experience with invoicing and financial administration.
• Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Previous experience in a service-based or trade-related industry.
