Pinnacle Plumbing NT is a leading Commercial Plumbing Company located in Darwin, committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detected and experienced individual to join our team as a Work-from-Home Qualified Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled individual with proficiency in Xero and administrative tasks to handle bookkeeping responsibilities and provide general administrative support. Simpro experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities: Including the below but not limited to.
Reconciling accounts on Xero
Generating cash flow reports
Processing payments for bills/invoices
Creating various reports
Data input and management
Cross-checking timesheets
Creating and managing spreadsheets
Cross-checking pricing from suppliers
Requirements:
Previous experience with Xero and Simpro is essential
Previous experience with a Australian based construction company.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
Benefits:
Competitive pay: $9 per hour
Inclusive of holiday and sick pay
Initially 20 hours per week with the potential for 40 hours in the near future
