ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client’s mission is to support neurodivergent kids, teens, and their people by providing:
Individual coaching on communication, social-emotional regulation, independence, and daily living skills
Parent coaching for better support at home
Social groups & parent coaching groups

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
-Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying gaps & opportunities
-Some experience or interest in social media management
-Comfortable with administrative work and keeping projects on track
-Willingness to learn and adapt to our goal-planning tools
-Passion for working with neurodivergent communities is a plus!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Social Media & Content Support – Help develop and manage our online presence while maintaining an authentic and safe space, Content creation and management
Administrative Tasks – Assist with scheduling, organizing documents, and keeping communication flowing.
Client Outreach & Engagement – Identify opportunities to connect with new families and help fill gaps in our services.
Accountability Support – Keep things on track, ensuring goals and tasks are followed through.
Goal Planning & Organization – Work with our systems (like Hyrasmus) or be open to learning them.

Squarespace
Asana
Canva
Social Media sites
Other CRM tools

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong written & verbal communication – Clear, professional, and engaging communication is key.
- Organizational skills – Ability to manage schedules, documents, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Social media management – Experience or interest in creating and scheduling content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, content creation, and organization (or willing to learn).
- Data entry & record-keeping – Ability to maintain organized records of clients, schedules, and social media performance.
- Basic graphic design & content creation (a plus) – Familiarity with Canva, simple video editing, or basic design for social media posts.


NOTE:
This role is for individuals, not agencies. Outsourcing will lead to immediate dismissal.
