JOB OVERVIEW

**Objectives**

The primary objectives of this role are to:
Increase sales time (sales enablement team, strategic account managers and territory managers)
Over-communicate Team successes to Manufacturers, Resellers, Internal Team

**Responsibilities**

Reporting Structure – actively working with all members of the team, reporting to
Director of Sales or Director of Sales Enablement
The role involves supporting sales, sales enablement (administrative), and marketing functions, including:

**Sales Support**

Quotes – work with Resellers and Territory Managers to process basic product quotes and Data Entry
- Perform data entry tasks, specific focus on merchandising resellers
- Input data into the Sales & Commission database for Partner
- CRM updates as directed

Bond Finder Data Base – working with Gina Sinner, assist with Bond Finder analysis and lead generation to sales team

Reporting
- Download daily and/or weekly Amazon reports, manage distribution to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Organize and distribute analytics and insights reports


**Sales Enablement Team/Administrative Support**

PIM System - work with a cross functional team to support internal Product Information Management System
- Update product images and other assets in Product Information Management (PIM) system.

- Maintain updates and outputs from PIM system.
Project Management (click-up) – Support Creative Service & Sales Enablement team
Reseller Content Management - Enhance merchandise placement effectiveness, scorecard reviews, etc.
SOPs - Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Reseller Merchandising
- New item Set-up - wholesale and merchandise resellers (e.g., Essendant, SPR)
- Content Management & Updates
- Manage & complete forms for resellers (Grainger)

ScoreCards

- Track results of multiple reseller scorecards, report to Strategic Account

Manager & Manufacturer

- Execute tasks related to wholesaler scorecards

Support Management - directed projects.

Reseller/Manufacturer Engagement with team – manage notes & action steps resulting

from strategic meetings. Use AI for assistance

**Marketing Support**

Schedule and post social media content.

Outreach email campaign - follow up and tracking.

**Required Skills and Proficiencies**

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint.

Reliable and high-speed internet connectivity.

Familiarity with CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and PIM platforms is desirable.
