JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Admin & Project Coordinator to join our team. If you are passionate about providing outstanding service, have excellent communication skills, and have experience in administrative and project coordination tasks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle phone calls and email requests from customers, providing prompt and professional responses
-Manage Trello Boards by moving cards to the appropriate columns throughout the workflow process and sending photos to clients
-Source and purchase necessary materials for projects
-Send estimates, purchase orders, and invoices to clients
-Fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery
-Act as the liaison between customers and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure smooth communication and project progress
-Maintain and organize project-related information and documentation
-Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience using QuickBooks is a plus
-Attention to detail and organization
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

This is in Full-time position
This is EST Timezone.
