We're Hiring: Admin & Communications Assistant

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive? Do you have excellent English proficiency and experience managing inboxes across multiple platforms? We’re looking for an Admin & Communications Assistant to support daily operations, streamline communication processes, assist in business development tasks, and manage our GoHighLevel CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

Inbox & Communication Management
Manage and organize email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Handle LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and chat group inboxes, responding to messages, filtering inquiries, and escalating important conversations
Follow clear instructions and execute tasks efficiently
Maintain communication logs and track engagement across platforms

CRM & Business Development Support
Manage GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring client interactions, follow-ups, and automation are properly set up and maintained
Assist in business development activities by identifying potential leads, assisting with outreach, and managing follow-ups
Conduct research to enhance communication and engagement strategies

Administrative & Organizational Tasks
Assist in scheduling, data entry, document management, and organizing meetings
Provide regular updates and reports on communication and CRM performance
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Who You Are
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
Able to follow instructions and execute tasks independently
Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative
Tech-savvy and familiar with email tools, social media platforms, chat management systems, and AI-powered automation tools
Experienced with GoHighLevel CRM (or willing to learn)
Previous experience in administrative roles, business development, or social media management is a plus

Position Details
Remote, Full-Time Role
Working Hours: 12 PM - 8 PM Bali/Singapore Time
Salary: $500 - $700 USD per month (based on experience)
Entitled for commissions after 3 months
