Admin Virtual Assistant

Healo is looking for an experienced Admin Virtual Assistant to join our team!

As our personal Admin VA, you'll be an integral part of our ecommerce operations. You'll handle tasks such as checking emails, communicating with suppliers, recruiting and managing UGC creators, responding to ad comments, managing and uploading ads, and overseeing various aspects of our online store. We need someone who works hard, works fast, works smart—and can follow instructions to the letter.

Who Is a Good Fit?

Experience: At least 3-5+ years of admin virtual assistance experience, preferably in the ecommerce space.
Work Ethic: A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools, managing emails, and handling online store platforms.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Email Management: Regularly check and respond to customer inquiries and internal communications.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely updates and order fulfillment.
UGC Creator Management: Hire, coordinate, and manage UGC creators to support our content strategy.
Social Engagement: Respond to ad comments and engage with our online community.
Ad Management: Assist in uploading and managing ads across social media platforms.
Store Operations: Oversee aspects of our online store to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
General Support: Provide any additional assistance to streamline our ecommerce workflow.

Compensation
Part-Time: This role starts as part-time at approximately $500–$600 USD per month.
Full-Time Potential: With excellent performance, this position can evolve into a full-time role with compensation of $1000+ USD per month.
