Key Responsibilities:
1. Enrolment and Record-Keeping:
Manage student registrations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain a secure database of student records, including attendance, progress reports, and payment history.
Prepare and distribute contracts or agreements for parents and guardians.
2. Scheduling and Coordination:
Create and maintain class schedules for students and staff.
Coordinate with educators and parents to arrange lessons, workshops, and meetings.
Manage bookings for any events or extracurricular activities.
3. Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, responding to inquiries via phone,

Organize and distribute newsletters or updates to parents.
4. Finance and Billing Support:
Generate invoices for tuition fees and send reminders for overdue payments.
Track incoming payments and record them accurately in the system.
Assist with expense tracking and provide data to the finance team for reporting.
5. General Administrative Duties:
Order and manage supplies (e.g., stationery, learning materials).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and data protection regulations.
Support the Director and Operations Manager with any ad hoc administrative tasks.
6. Technology and Tools:
Use software such as Google Workspace, Teachworks, or equivalent for scheduling and documentation.
Update and maintain the company website or online platforms with relevant information.
