Admin & Shopify VA

We are a cosplay fashion business that values speed, quality, and innovation. Our work culture is fast-paced, and we take pride in delivering high-quality products while continuously improving our systems. We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Admin & Shopify VA to support our team with technical tasks, Shopify management, and operational improvements.

Position Details:
- Part-time (Minimum of 20 hours per week)
- Flexible hours – as long as tasks are completed on time
- Must be available for emergency tasks on product launch and sales days (around 3 days a month)
- Performance-based bonuses: Quarterly and 13th-month bonus

Responsibilities:
Shopify Management:
- Use Shopify apps to set up and schedule product launches
- Set up and optimize Shopify apps for functionality and sales performance
- Implement website improvements (e.g., speed optimization, theme upgrades)
- Create Shopify flows to improve operations, such as:
- Helping the warehouse team track fulfillment
- Setting up product badges for marketing purposes
TikTok Shop Maintenance:
- Ensure products remain active and compliant on TikTok Shop
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled
- Respond to customer messages (only a few per week)
Technical & Administrative Support:
- Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., website errors, Shopify bugs) through research and problem-solving
- Create and update SOPs to streamline operations
- Optimize apps like Tapcart while collaborating with the marketing team
- Assist different teams in resolving issues efficiently

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Patient and resourceful when troubleshooting issues
- Basic SEO knowledge
- At least 1 year of Shopify experience
