Become part of my team of OFSs

Full time 40 hours/per week
Must have sales experience
Must have data entry experience
Must have customer service experience
Must have CRM experience

Advancement in the company available for the right person.

Working hours flexible as a team to cover 8 am EST to 4 pm PST plus an overlap for turnover & to be able to accommodate overseas calls as part of the Donna Team.

Responsibilities:
- [ ] Lead generation
- [ ] Update CRM
- [ ] Provide quotes to potential clients
- [ ] Use CRM to follow up with leads throughout the purchase process & customer service
- [ ] Upload documents from various team members into the CRM
- [ ] Compile Reports in PDF
- [ ] Provide follow up quotes for the following year once a service has been completed
- [ ] Regularly update contact information into the CRM
- [ ] Appointments for CEO & manage her calendar for sales & productivity
- [ ] Social media & email monitoring
