Civil Fire is a growing fire protection company dedicated to maintaining essential fire safety systems in residential buildings across Sydney. We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and friendly Administration & Accounts Officer to support our office operations and finance team.
Duties include:
???? Answering incoming phone calls and assisting clients with general enquiries
???? Monitoring and responding to
???? Processing work orders and responding to straightforward service requests
???? Liaising with strata managers, building managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate inspections and repairs
???? Booking re-inspections and coordinating technician schedules
???? Following up on overdue invoices and maintaining clear communication with clients
???? Managing accounts receivable and assisting with bank reconciliations
???? Supporting general office admin and contributing to a smooth-running team
Skills required:
- Strong Excel skills essential (pivot tables, vlookup functions AT MINIMUM).
- Experience with Xero (accounting program)
- Previous experience in an administration or accounts role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A friendly and proactive attitude – someone who takes initiative and can juggle multiple tasks
Hours:
- You will be required to work 7:30-400pm Monday-Friday (AEST)
