Part-Time Virtual Assistant (VA) – Admin, Data Entry & Website Mapping

(20 Hours per Week Australian Sydney Time Zone | Long-Term Stability | $4-5 per hour) 18,000 (Full time rate)

I’m looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support daily administrative and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with databases, reports, and customer interactions.

Your Top Tasks:
? WordPress Website Mapping – Assist in mapping and transitioning the website to a new platform.
? Database Management – Maintain, update, and organize customer and product databases.
? Google Reviews Follow-Ups – Reach out to customers to request and follow up on Google reviews.
? Customer Segmentation – Organize and manage databases based on customer groups.
? Website Product Management – Add and update product listings on the website.
? Customer Email Management – Send emails to customers for follow-ups, product updates, and other communications.

Job Requirements:
? Experience in administrative and data entry roles.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data.
? Proficiency in Google Workspace and database management tools.
? Experience with WordPress and website content management.
? Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
? Tech-savvy with experience in website product management (preferred but not required).
? Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.

Pay:
