Admin - Customer Service - Website Management

I am looking for a Shopify / Wordpress / Customer Support person to join our company.

Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account is REQUIRED
Experience in handling customer service is REQUIRED
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
Experience with email marketing & Go High Level or similar software.
Graphic design Experience is preferred
Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)

About Me:
I own Sew It Online, we sell online sewing machines, physical products, and online sewing classes/memberships. We also have multiple physical locations within the united states.
