Admin Assistant - Social Media, Outreach & Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a full-time, proactive, and creative Virtual Assistant to help us expand our outreach, boost brand visibility, and drive more bookings for our Event entertainment businesses. If you’re highly organized, love social media, and have a knack for marketing, sales, and relationship-building, we’d love to hear from you!
???? Responsibilities:
???? Social Media Management & Content Creation:
• Daily posts showcasing where we are performing, tagging venues and coordinators.
• 2-3 recap posts per week per business per location:
? Highlighting past events with engaging captions, photos, and testimonials.
? Featuring client feedback, crowd energy, and event success stories.
? Creating engaging reels and carousels to showcase the best Upgrade to see actual infonts.
? Ensuring each post aligns with the brand’s voice and appeals to potential clients.
• Design high-quality social media content using Canva and schedule posts for maximum reach.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online presence.
• Research and implement trending sounds, hashtags, and social media strategies for increased engagement.
• Keep branding consistent and professional across all platforms.
• Track social media performance, suggest improvements, and report on engagement analytics weekly.
???? Sales & Outreach:
• Research and reach out to wedding venues, event planners, and coordinators to introduce our services.
• Build and maintain relationships through DMs, emails, and calls to secure partnerships and bookings.
• Maintain and grow a database of contacts (names, emails, phone numbers, social media links) for leads and collaborations.
• Monitor leads and follow up with potential clients who’ve inquired about services.
• Work on collaboration strategies with wedding professionals and vendors to expand reach.
???? Marketing & Business Development:
• Create and update pitch decks for potential clients and venue collaborations using Canva.
• Utilize MyMarky.ai for content automation and AI-powered engagement.
• Develop creative ideas for special promotions, contests, and giveaways to increase brand awareness.
• Research trending event styles and popular entertainment features to keep our services competitive.
• Track engagement metrics and performance data to analyze what’s working and adjust strategies accordingly.
???? Email & SMS Marketing (EngageBay):
• Set up and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage leads and convert them into clients.
• Design and schedule automated email sequences for follow-ups, promotions, and event reminders.
• Create compelling SMS campaigns to drive bookings and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize content for higher conversion rates.
• Maintain an organized CRM system in EngageBay, ensuring accurate contact segmentation and tracking.
???? Admin & Organization:
• Organize and maintain a content calendar to keep posts and marketing efforts on track.
• Track engagement metrics, outreach effectiveness, and campaign performance.
• Provide weekly reports on social media growth, outreach efforts, and sales conversions.
• Assist in developing promotional materials and website content updates as needed.
???? What We’re Looking For:
? Full-time availability (40 hours per week) with flexibility to adapt to event schedules.?? Experience with social media marketing & content creation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred).?? Strong skills in Canva for creating engaging graphics & pitch decks.?? Familiarity with MyMarky.ai for content automation and social media efficiency.?? Experience with EngageBay or similar CRM/email marketing platforms for email and SMS marketing.?? Strong communication skills for outreach, networking, and relationship-building.?? A proactive, self-motivated mindset with great attention to detail.?? Some experience in sales or lead generation is a plus!?? Passion for the entertainment, wedding, and events industry is a bonus!
