Role: Admin Assistant with background in Legal

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with experience or educational background in the legal field, particularly in Wills, to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, managing legal documents, and performing general administrative tasks. This role does not require drafting documents from scratch but rather filling in information into prepared templates and using Will software, which we will provide training on.

Key Responsibilities:
Inputting data and information into prepared legal templates and Will software.
Identifying and highlighting potential issues in documents.
Drafting emails for review and eventual dispatch by the supervisor
General administrative duties as required.
Communicating effectively with the team

Qualifications
Previous experience or educational background in the legal field, especially related to Wills.
Previous experience in legal field handling US, Canadian and Australian clients
Exceptional attention to detail and proactiveness.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and procedures quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
