Hey there!
Are you super organized, love keeping things running smoothly, and maybe even know a thing or two about construction? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Assist owner and the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Handle
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and other paperwork.
- Maintain inventory records and order construction materials as needed.
- Coordinate scheduling
- Prepare and track job cost reports, timesheets, and work orders
- Provide support in tracking project progress and expenses. Keep tabs on project updates and help make sure we hit our deadlines.
- Serve as the point of contact between clients and the team, ensuring smooth communication.
What we're looking for:
- Experience as admin assistant in a construction industry or flip projects
- Familiar with construction processes and materials
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Responsive
- Tech-savvy
- Ability to multitask
- Someone who gets things moving
- Spanish speaker is a plus but not required
Availability:
• Shift: EST; Full time: 7:30 - 4:30 PM; Part time: 7:30am-1:30pm or 1pm-7pm
• 20-40 hours per week
