Job Description: Admin Assistant for Facebook Marketing Agency About Us: Our company is a rapidly growing Facebook marketing agency specializing in organic marketing. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients by managing their Facebook pages and groups, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent communication. With 12 committed clients and counting, we are expanding quickly and are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team. Role Overview: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our agency's daily operations. This person will report directly to the agency owner and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, disciplined, and eager to grow with our business. Key Responsibilities: Expert Written English: Crafting and editing content with excellent written English skills, including a good grasp of day-to-day dialect. Social Media Management: Managing Facebook pages and local Facebook groups using Meta Business Suite, including scheduling posts and engaging with the community. Content Creation: Utilizing Canva to create visually appealing content such as before/after images, branded graphics, and other engaging materials. Organizational Tasks: Assisting in the operational management of the agency by sending monthly reports to clients, tracking progress, and maintaining organized records. Self-sufficiency and Discipline: Demonstrating the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines without constant supervision. Requirements: Proven experience in written English, with a focus on casual and professional communication. Proficiency in using Facebook, Facebook groups, and Meta Business Suite for social media management. Familiarity with Canva and experience in creating various types of content. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Self-motivated and disciplined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
