We’re seeking an organized and multi-tasking administrative assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
-Organize and manage invoices and data entry.
-Upload invoices to Service Titan and verify charges.
-Assist with accounting tasks and QuickBooks entries.
-Improve job costing and financial tracking.
-Support categorization for bookkeeping.
-Perform data validation and quality control.
-Help create and maintain SOPs and training materials.
-Take on additional tasks as business needs grow.
-QuickBooks experience is a PLUS.
Requirements:
-Smart and organized
-Self-sufficient and proactive
-Detail-oriented and trustworthy
-Strong communication skills
-Tech-savvy
-Good written and spoken English
This is a Part-time position
This is EST time schedule.
