JOB OVERVIEW

Admin Assistant (Part Time)

100% Remote
Starting Salary: 480 USD/month
Working hours: 1PM- 5PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Assistant- Mid Level
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and calendar.
- Customer service support (inbound/ outbound calls, email)
- Assist with CRM (Pipedrive).
- Lead Follow Up
- Support email management and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct online research as needed.

Qualifications:

- minimum 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
- Roofing Industry experience is a PLUS
- proficient in calendar and appointment management.
- experienced in customer service roles or similar.
- comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
- preferably with experience in managing Pipedrive CRM or similar.
- Lead follow up and email outreach experience- required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
