JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Kajabi Specialist & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role involves providing backend and administrative support, managing Kajabi content, coordinating client-facing tasks, and streamlining daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Support:

Follow up with third-party suppliers
Manage video and Zoom recording uploads/downloads

Social Media & Community Management:
-Oversee and engage in Facebook group activities
-Manage Facebook Messenger inquiries

Administrative Assistance:
-Handle calendar management
-Utilize Freshdesk for email management

Event & Client Support:
-Provide administrative support for sales events
-Facilitate client onboarding

Kajabi Content Management:
-Manage Kajabi workflows, content uploads, and email sequences
-Oversee product orders and website fulfillment

Qualifications:

-Strong experience with Kajabi (automations, workflows, content management)
-Familiarity with Freshdesk, G Suite, and social media platforms
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
-Ability to work independently and adapt to new tools/processes
-Proven experience in client and event support (preferred)
