Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA) with Administrative & Marketing Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant with a strong background in administrative and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience with GoHighLevel, managing payroll, handling basic administrative duties, and tracking KPIs. Additionally, proficiency in running revenue reports and social media marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling,
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
• Generate and analyze revenue reports and present findings.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide updates.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including managing GoHighLevel CRM for campaigns and client outreach.
• Collaborate on content creation and scheduling for social media marketing (if applicable).
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel platform.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes.
• Experience in running revenue reports and tracking KPIs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with social media marketing (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bonus Skills:
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
