JOB OVERVIEW

We're on the lookout for a skilled Ad Specialist to join our energetic team. This role requires an expert in managing and fine-tuning PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, boost conversions, and fuel our growth.

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze ad performance metrics to pinpoint improvement areas and ensure ROI.
- Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to target the right audience and enhance ad relevance.
- Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling and high-converting ad copy that aligns with our brand messaging.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize outcomes.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for further optimization.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in managing PPC campaigns successfully.
- Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major ad platforms. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Attributes: Self-driven, creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Education(ideally): Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
