Ad Manager for adult eCommerce

I am looking for someone to appraise, improve and build on existing Ad activity through April.

It is my goal to turn this into an ongoing part-time position if it has net positive results.

Details:
It is for an Adult eCommerce site so it will be challenging! There are many restrictions on advertising in this space.
We currently advertise on Google Adwords only which we would like to improve then scale.
I would like to also explore 'how' we can get into social media marketing.

Requirements:
- Must be better at it than I am
- High experience and expertise in Google Ads
- High experience and expertise in social media advertising
- Experience in ad creative
- Experience in campaign testing and A/B testing etc
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Search Console
- Proactive and positive attitude

Expectations:
- We see better results on our current ad campaigns
- We uncover new ad campaigns to explore on Google Ads
- We improve measuring of ROAS
- We open up new channels of advertising via social media, finding how to balance restrictions with advertising options.
